Nann Vongpuapan – Head of Communication Unit

With many years in impactful communication, Nann Vongpuapan has developed strategies to make research and social issues more accessible. As Head of the Communications Unit at HITAP, she works to ensure that complex ideas reach the right audiences in a clear and engaging way. Her role includes organizing international and national conferences, engaging key stakeholders, advocating for policy changes, and leading collaborative campaigns with public media and press. She also focuses on efficient communication research, helping teams create meaningful messages that drive real change.

Previously, at Global Compact Network Thailand (GCNT), she worked on promoting sustainable business practices and global development principles, aligning communications with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to foster responsible business practices and long-term social impact. At Beamtalks.com Magazine Online, she led content creation for a platform dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs and their families—using storytelling to highlight their achievements and strengthen public understanding. She has also produced documentary projects that address important social issues.

Nann believes in the power of communication to connect people and inspire action. She has led campaigns, secured funding for social projects, and built partnerships that strengthen collaboration. With a passion for education and storytelling, she continues to support efforts that bring knowledge to more people in ways that matter.
