Biography

Chotika Suwanpanich is a researcher at the Health Intervention and Technology Assessment Program (HITAP), Ministry of Public Health, Thailand. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Silpakorn University and has knowledge and experience in health economics, economic evaluations, and impact assessments of health interventions.

Chotika has worked on several research projects, such as using next-generation sequencing technology for hereditary diseases, evaluating HPV and pneumococcal vaccines, analyzing the cost-effectiveness of PET-CT scans, and telemedicine services. Her research helps support evidence-based policy decisions and has been presented to several national committees.

In addition to research, she also contributes to training by giving lectures on health economic modeling in workshops and international training programs. Her main interests are developing health economics and helping to expand access to affordable healthcare in Thailand and the region.
