Biography

Angela is an International Cooperation Officer at the Health Intervention and Technology Assessment Program Foundation (HITAP), where she supports global partnerships and coordination of regional networks and platforms such as HTAsiaLink, SAPPHIRE, and GEAR. With a strong interest in bridging technical research and policy, she also contributes to research projects within HITAP.

Angela holds an MSc in International Health Management from Imperial College London and a background in pharmacy and health systems. Prior to HITAP, she has previously interned at the World Health Organization (WHO) Asia Pacific Centre for Environmental Health, where she contributed to regional air quality publications and supported cross-sectoral projects in environmental health.
