Scope of Work

The Administration Unit is divided into sub-units to cover all aspects of administrative:
  • Information Technology: Oversees and develops IT systems and provides technical support.
  • Finance and Accounting: Manages accounting, budgeting, financial transactions, and transparent financial reporting.
  • Operations Management: Responsible for drafting and managing research project contracts and related documentation.
  • Human Resources: Handles recruitment, staff development, and internal personnel management.
  • General Administration: Supports documentation, meeting organization, general coordination, and executive secretarial tasks.
