AI Standard Practices

Purpose

Provide clear practices for the use of Artificial Intelligence (Al) in HITAP’s work, ensuring that AI is used appropriately, securely, responsibly, and in line with the HITAP AI Policy.

Scope

Applies to HITAP personnel, interns, research assistants, consultants, contractors, and collaborating researchers who use AI in HITAP-related work or have access to HITAP data or outputs, whether using personal or organizational devices and accounts.

*The Standard Practices may be updated more frequently than the AI Policy to keep pace with developments in AI.
