HITAP is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and neutrality. The Foundation has established clear policies and guidelines on conflict of interest management, whistleblowing and whistleblower protection, as well as measures to prevent fraud and corruption.
HITAP does not accept direct financial support from private sector entities that could influence its work. This ensures that decisions remain independent, free from personal interests, and grounded in sound academic principles appropriate for national policy development.
HITAP maintains a formal Conflict of Interest (COI) management system and process. All Foundation Board Members and staff are required to submit an annual “Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form” in accordance with established regulations to support transparency, informed decision-making, and organizational credibility.
