Project Summary

The objectives of this study are to identify resources used for providing tetravalent dengue vaccine to prevent dengue infection in the Thai health care settingestimate the budget impact of dengue vaccination program nationwide and to conduct economic evaluation of providing tetravalent dengue vaccine program compared with no vaccination program. The dynamic epidemiologic model will be used to obtain the incidence of asymptomatic and symptomatic dengue infections, as well as to evaluate the impact of vaccination programme to take account of the herd immunity effect from the program.
