เมื่อวันที่ 13 -15 พฤษภาคม 2556 HITAP เข้าร่วมการประชุม HTAsiaLink ประจำปี ครั้งที่ 2 โดยครั้งนี้ประเทศมาเลเซีย เป็นเจ้าภาพ การประชุมครั้งนี้ นอกจากจะได้รับเกียตริจากผู้คร่ำหวอดในวงการ HTA ระดับโลก อาทิเช่น นายแพทย์สุวิทย์ วิบุลผลประเสริฐ, Kalipso Chalkidou, Tony Culyer,  Wendy Babidge  เข้าร่วมบรรย
