Sarin is from Nepal and joined HITAP as a Project Associate in April 2019. He graduated with a BSc. in Economics from the University of York in the summer of 2016. Then he went back to Nepal where he worked as an Analyst at the Ministry of Health and Population working on producing the National Health Accounts. He then went to purse MSc in International Health Policy (Health Economics) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and graduated in 2018. His primary interest lies in adavancing the use and institutionalisation of HTA in low and middle income countries. He currently leads projects in India and Singapore.
